## Preamble
This License is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and the Duke Syndicate. The Licensee desires to use, modify, and distribute software covered by this License, and the Duke Syndicate is willing to grant the Licensee such rights, provided the following terms and conditions are met.

### 1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Duke Syndicate hereby grants the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software covered by this License, solely for the purpose of Duke worship.

### 2. Duke Invocation Requirement
Usage of the software is only permitted if it involves, references, or is somehow associated with Duke, the Java mascot. This requirement includes, but is not limited to, visual representation, mention in documentation, or any other form that links the software to Duke.

### 3. Java Programming Requirement
All programs developed under this license must be written in the Java programming language.

### 4. Distribution Obligations
If the Licensee distributes the software, whether in source or binary form, the Licensee must include a prominent notice that the software is governed by the Duke Worship Open Source License, along with a reference to where the full text of the license can be found.

### 5. No Endorsement
The Duke Syndicate does not endorse or promote any specific use or application of the software, except when it is in conjunction with Duke worship. Any other use is explicitly disclaimed.

### 6. Termination
This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically if the Licensee fails to comply with any term or condition of this License. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use, distribution, and possession of the software covered by this License.
